Nothing but Exceptional
Heather has been nothing but exceptional. Being a first time home buyer I was very overwhelmed with the home buying process but I was referred to Heather and my anxiety was lifted and I was put in amazing hands. I was very inquistive about the steps I had to take and Heather held my hand and guided me through each one. Not only did she educate me about the structures of each house and what to look for in a house but she took the time to explain everything in detail. When my house hunt began I didn't realize all the people that I would need along the way, but with Heather she made it simple. Not only did she know everyone and everything about each neighborhood but she also put me in contact with some amazing people including my loan office, insurance agent, home inspector, and alarm system company. I will continue to recommend Heather to everyone I know including my friends, colleagues and clients. My boyfriend and I had a time finding a house but Heather always came through for us, whenever we found a house we wanted to see it normally happened that day or the next morning. We finally found a house and we couldn't be happier!! Thanks Heather!!!

My wife and I moved to Richmond recently due to a corporate transfer. We had many decisions to make about a new home while still living in separate cities during the transition. Heather worked with me to select areas of the city to consider. We visited many properties during the week narrowing down the selection to visit again on the weekend when my wife was in town.
Heather never grew tired of our erratic schedule, our need to see properties multiple times or dealing with the details of a corporate relocation plan. She remained calm and professional even when our patience had run out. We found a great house in a neighborhood with lots of great neighbors.

Winter of last year I purchased my first house! This was an exciting time, yet also a stressful time. I was a complete novice when it came to buying a house; I had to learn everything from point to closing to home inspections. Luckily a friend told me about Heather O'Sullivan. In the beginning after seeing many houses, I began to loose faith and become discouraged. Heather kept showing me houses until I found the ONE! I recently decided to purchase a new home and sell the one that I had been living in for the past seven years. The first thing about Heather that impressed me (other than her incredible amount of energy) was how quickly she went out and found the exact thing that I was looking for in a new home. I had a contingency statement written into the contract on the new house, and I read almost everyday how the market was bad for people selling, so I was unsure of whether I would actually be able to realize my goal, but heather reassured me that she would make it happen thoughout the period of time that she was looking for a buyer and, in the end, was able to sell my house and get me into the new place with little to no effort or stress on my part. Heather is honest, hard working, dependable, friendly, really good at her job, and has become a friend. When I moved to Richmond, I knew very little about the area. Heather was very dedicated to finding out what I really wanted in a neighborhood and house. I had never made such a large purchase before and was pretty excited but nervous. She took that information and found many options for me but it didn't take long to find the one I now call home. My realtor, Heather O'Sullivan has been so helpful. We have closed on two properties together, the sale of a house and the purchase of a house. Buying a house and selling a house can be such a tedious process, it's very reassuring to know that you have a team in your corner like Heather's team.
